FAQ'S
WHAT IS A GRAZING TABLE?
It’s an edible, table-scaped art arrangement. A grazing experience evokes conversation and celebration of guests around the arrangements of food. Breaking the monotony of traditional catering, it will leave the guests enamored around the beautiful Grazing Table by Lynne-Lee Board and Graze Co.

Delicatessen charcuterie meats, such as genoa, several other types of salami and prosciutto rosettes decorate the table. Rivers of fresh fruit, such as grapes and berries, are surrounded by embankments of nuts and chocolate. Centerpieces of cheese, like the honeycomb-adorned wheels of Brie or the fruit-drenched goat cheese, will have people gravitating around the table; stopping only to appreciate the art of the food-made decor. Fresh artisan breads & crackers will be cascaded throughout the table along with spreads/preserves.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY GRAZE?
Absolutely! Every grazing table is completely custom. During our consultation call our charcuterie artist will work alongside you to choose colors options, design style, size, and options.

We also offer gluten free options or substitutions based on dietary preferences or restrictions for an additional fee.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK A GRAZE?
During peak seasons, availability is extremely limited. We encourage booking as early as possible since many of our clients book 6-12 months in advance. Your date is booked and reserved after you have had your consultation with one of our charcuterie artists and paid 50% down payment toward your graze.
ONCE I’VE BOOKED A DATE, CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OR CANCEL IT?
PURCHASE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:
We are happy to change your date as long as we have availability however prices may change based upon demand for the new day. For cancellations, down payments are non refundable, however the amount for your purchase may be used towards another purchase.
Note: Any amount above the 50% down payment will be refunded if cancelled more than 7 days before the event.
HOW SMALL IS TOO SMALL OR HOW BIG IS TOO BIG FOR A GRAZE?
An event with fewer than 30 guests cannot be accommodated with a graze. Please return to our main page and select the boards button to learn about or board options or the online order button to order charcuterie boards for your event. If you’d like to discuss a multi-board set-up, please email us. We’d be happy to help you plan out a stunning arrangement of several boards to create a gorgeous and full look.
The sky is the limit with how many guests can be accommodated beyond a headcount of 30. No party size is too big. Lynne-Lee has done weddings with over 300 people so we are confident we can do your event too.
WILL IT BE TOO MUCH FOOD?
No. Charcuterie lends itself to be taken as easy to-go servings for guests with any leftovers.
We will provide containers for leftovers or to-go servings.
Also because we have a client consultation with everyone inquiring about grazing tables, we are able to customize the exact needs of your event to ensure there isn't too little or too much food.
DO YOU PROVIDE PLATES & NAPKINS?
All of our grazing tables include plates and cocktail size napkins.
DO YOU INCLUDE DESSERTS ON THE GRAZE?
"Signature” light bites of chocolate are included on all of our grazing tables however we do have an optional upgrade to add "dessert" treats to your table if you love sweets. Another great option is to order a "Sweet Treat" board for your event.
DO YOU ALSO INCLUDE BEVERAGES?
At this time we do not provide any beverages but your Lynne-Lee Board & Graze Co. charcuterie artist doubles as a pairing expert and will gladly help you choose the right drinks to include at your event.
HOW LONG WILL YOU BE AT MY EVENT?
Typically the average grazing table takes around one to two hours to design before the start time of the event depending on size. Most of our clients prefer the artist to design the table and not stay throughout the event.
For an additional fee you may choose to have the charcuterie artist stay to help your guests pair, answer any questions, and clean up when done.
CAN I POST PICTURES OF THE GRAZE ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
